How much does an office fit-out cost?
There are many elements to creating a budget for your office fit-out or refurbishment, firstly you need to establish the design and layout of your new office, aligning this with your business goals, whether that is to create an adaptable space suited to hybrid working or a collaborative open plan layout to encourage employee interaction. Once you have a design, developing an accurate timescale for your project will be much easier. Typically, fit-outs take around three to six months to deliver, but can be much quicker depending on the complexity of the design.
