The Brief 

The Scape 2nd Floor Refurbishment was a multi-faceted project aimed at upgrading meeting spaces, the Collaboration Room, the CEO Office, and general office areas, bringing them up to modern standards with a sleek, refreshed look. 

Key Objectives: 
Meeting Room Upgrades: 
Install digital occupancy sensors, booking systems, and screens. 
Modernise meeting spaces for enhanced functionality. 
Prepare and paint walls, architraves, skirtings, and window boards. 
Deep clean carpets for a refreshed environment. 
Collaboration Room Enhancements: 
Install a 100" digital screen and a digital booking system. 
Improve collaborative work capabilities. 
Prepare and paint surfaces, including walls and trims. 
Deep clean the carpet for a renewed look. 
This refurbishment aims to modernise and optimise workspace

Works Completed 
The Meeting Rooms were upgraded with digital occupancy sensors, booking systems, and screens, alongside fresh paintwork and carpet deep cleaning. The Collaboration Room received a 100” screen, booking system, 
and similar cosmetic enhancements. 
 
The CEO Office was refurbished with new carpet tiles, a 55” screen, and painted surfaces, while the Print Room was refreshed with wall repairs, painting, and carpet cleaning. General works included power and data
