We are seeking an experienced and skilled Working Foreman/Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading joinery projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship, and managing on-site operations. 
Responsibilities: 
Lead and supervise joinery projects from inception to completion. 
Interpret technical drawings and specifications. 
Perform joinery tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance. 
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 
Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors. 
Maintain quality control and project timelines. 
Provide training and guidance to junior staff. 
Requirements: 
Proven experience as a Joiner, with supervisory experience. 
Excellent knowledge of joinery techniques and materials. 
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. 
Strong leadership and communication skills. 
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites.
